As an accomplished Senior Conference Producer, you will craft engaging events for industry leaders and governmental bodies - making a meaningful impact. Your role will involve international travel, providing you with opportunities to connect with key stakeholders worldwide, further enhancing the reach of vast information. Your research-led, content first events will offer platforms where leaders come together to engage in compelling activities and discussions.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Conference Producer:
- Curate content, agendas, and experiences that captivate and inspire attendees.
- Produce thoughtful, incisive, and commercially astute agendas, co-ordinating sales, marketing, and operational teams.

The Ideal Senior Conference Producer:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 3-8 years in conference production
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Innovative thinker with excellent research skills; distilling vast information into accessible content, and commercial add-ons including awards, summits, and briefings for industry leaders.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a strong ability to network and articulate clear visions for events.
