The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
The successful Senior Construction Project Manager will be at the forefront of managing a diverse range of projects, encompassing commercial, residential, new builds, and mixed-use developments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and coordination to execution and completion.
- Aligning project phases with strategic objectives and managing teams, including consultants and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Delivering projects that meet and exceed client expectations.
The Senior Project Manager
- Ideally a year post APC with experience in commercial office or residential projects.
- MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM accreditation, or actively working towards such qualifications.
- Demonstrated experience in varied build projects within a construction consultancy environment.
- Proficient IT skills.
- Previous management experience will be an added advantage.
