The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

In this pivotal role, the Senior Construction Project Manager will play a crucial part in leading, overseeing, and contributing significantly to the growth and improvement of the Commercial Project Management team. The role demands a proactive leader who can expertly handle a diverse portfolio, focusing on commercial property, defense, and security projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a portfolio of projects in the commercial, defense, and security sectors.
• Cultivate strong client relationships, both in establishing new connections and nurturing existing ones.
• Ensure seamless execution of projects, aligning with the company's high standards and financial objectives.
• Actively contribute to the growth and improvement of the Commercial Project Management team.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• A BSc/MSc in a relevant engineering or project management-related subject.
• Ideally Chartered status with RICS, CIOB, or APM.
• Experience with NEC contracts, demonstrating an understanding of their application in project management.
• Extensive knowledge and experience working in the Defense and Security sector.
• General commercial project experience, showcasing versatility and expertise in various project types.
• A strong consultancy background, reflecting a depth of experience in professional settings.
