My client is a UK top 50 law firm, recognised for their leading work across multiple sectors and highly regarded in the legal guides, they are seeking an experienced solicitor to join their Tier 1 Contentious Private Client team. The department advises a wide range of clients both in the UK and internationally, on high-value and complex matters, boasting a team of some of the finest lawyers in this sector to work alongside and collaborate with.
As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Tackling a range of work such as contested probate, will disputes, inheritance claims, trusts disputes, claims regarding estates and trustees and more.
- Collaborating with senior members of the team on complex and high-value matters, frequently with cross-border elements.
- Involvement in business development and various client-focused events.
- Assisting junior team members through technical support and mentoring.
