We re currently recruiting for a Site Administrator to work in Pinchbeck PE11 3UE, on a 7 month contract, the contract is due to start around Middle of Feb 2024.
The purpose of the role is to support the site team in successful project delivery through ensuring best practice and adherence to standards. Contributing to the achievement of the overall business plan objectives.
Duties to include:
- Waste Management
- Costing and ordering
- Checking and transfer of timesheets & annual leave forms
- Pre-populating sick forms and ensuring completed forms transfer to appropriate Business Administrator
- Assisting with site auditing regime (e.g., Fire Alarm Test)
- PPE monitoring and stock control
- Receiving deliveries/mail to the site office, checking the delivery and distributing to the recipient
- Carrying out reception duties as required including answering the telephone, greeting visitors.
- Completing own time sheet of working hours
- Assisting in planning and delivery of occupational Health Checks
- Maintaining project notice boards (if no Public Liaison Officer is assigned to a project)
- Assisting with PAT and fire extinguisher testing
- Plant & fleet liaison
The ideal candidate:
- Previous administration experience, preferably working on-site.
- Hands on and active support for colleagues on projects and within the main office
- Professional and tidy appearance
- Courteous and prompt telephone and other forms of communication (e.g., teams) manner
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Good eye for detail whilst working efficiently.
- PC literacy: MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Teams, SAP, Papyrus
Working hours are 8am-5.30pm 40hrs per week.
Pay rate is GBP11.56per hour.
