About the role: You will be responsible for identifying and estimating the likelihood and impact of contract-related risk
Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will hold Active SC clearance and have a proven Contract Management background, with the following skills/ experience:
- Extensive Contract Management background.
- NEC experience and construction experience.
- Experience of ensuring that contracts are delivered in accordance with business management system, priorities and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with government regulations and legislation.
- Experience of contract negotiations and apply diplomacy to mitigate contract risks.
