Senior Copywriter, Proof Reader, Quality Control Manager required to work for an eLearning Specialist Consultancy based in the South West of England. However, this role will be Mainly Remote and you would only have to visit the office from time to time. This would be fully expensed.

The overall aim of the Quality Manager (official job title, even though it is more of a Quality Copywriter / Proof Reader) is to ensure that the optimum quality of all company solutions, proposals and any materials delivered to clients. As well as any internally produced media, showreels, websites, blogs etc. We need this person to have the ability to identify quality trends etc too.

You will check and sign off, in-process product development and rigorously implement the internal quality assurance process to eliminate defects before client submission or publication. You will take ownership for the quality dashboard and take actions to correct existing work as well as putting in place improvement activity. You will also facilitate a culture of continuous improvement and provide feedback and coaching to the internal team as and when required.

We are NOT looking for a person in Quality Control for the likes of Engineering products or a QA person within a Technology Test Function - this is Quality Control Management within content, material, websites, digital related and the accuracy that needs to come with it etc. So please only apply if you have skills that are aligned to these areas.
