Senior Credit Controller - £28 - £32k - (3 months Temp) - Hybrid

Would you like the opportunity to work in a busy accounts department based in Glasgow City Centre?  HRC Recruitment have a great opportunity to work with a friendly team on a temporary basis.

What Does a Day-to-Day Look Like?

• Proactively chasing outstanding debts to ensure timely payment.
• Communicating effectively with customers to resolve payment issues.
• Updating and maintaining customer records.
• Collaborating with the sales team to address customer concerns and queries.
• Analysing credit data and financial statements to assess creditworthiness.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to streamline credit processes.
• Participating in credit risk assessment meetings.
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in credit control.

What Are We Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
