Day-to-day of the role:- Accurately receipting payments and reconciling bank statements to ensure transparent financial records.
- Vigilantly overseeing arrears and implementing credit control measures to reduce outstanding debts.
- Addressing leaseholder queries regarding service charges and credit control with professionalism and efficiency.
- Facilitating financial transactions by transferring funds as required.
- Undertaking general administrative duties, maintaining systems, and managing debtor cases with legal professionals.
- Carrying out bookkeeping tasks, including invoice management, receipt processing, and utility payment oversight.
- A proactive mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to financial accuracy.
- Strong communication abilities, both in writing and verbally.
- Competence in prioritising tasks, managing time effectively, and maintaining composure under pressure.
