Senior Credit ControllerNottinghamshire up to 35k
Cherry Professional are working with a business who truly value and look after their employees, they offer a modern, flexible approach within a desirable environment. Reporting directly into the Credit Control Manager, support with the day to day running of the department.
Responsibilities:
Supervising a team of Credit Controllers ensuring the day to day duties are met.
Chasing payments from clients by telephone, email & letter.
Carry out identity verification checks ins
Progressing debts through to legal stage
Setting up new clients or as required.
Dealing with escalations
Other ad hoc duties and cover within the team as required.
Ideal Candidate:
A background in Credit Control.
Good Excel skills.
Time management.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
A positive can-do attitude.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong planning and organisation skills.
