MCS Group are looking for a Senior Credit Risk Manager to join one of the leading retail banks in Belfast.

The Role:
As the successful Senior Credit Risk Manager you will report directly to the Head of Credit and Operational Risk and will be responsible for the following duties:
- Leading the credit oversight function;
- Developing the bank's Credit Risk framework;
- Developing the bank's approach to stress testing credit loss;
- Working with 1st line senior management on products & proposals;
- Developing 2nd line Credit Risk oversight plan;
- Other duties as outlined in the full job description.
The Person:
The successful Senior Credit Risk Manager will meet the following criteria:
- Previous Credit Risk experience;
- Previous financial services experience;
- Experience of developing Credit policies;
- Experience of driving change initiatives;
