Reporting directly to the CRM Manager, your role will consist of maximising engagement and retention rates for memberships. You will be optimizing and upgrading the customer journey automations across email, utilising other platforms to ensure maximum productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the customer journey automations.
- Utilise data to ensure journeys are personalised and relevant.
- Map out and build journeys.
- Conduct A/B testing.
- Report back on journeys and ensure they are optimised.
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 months working with customer journey automations.
- Experience with A/B testing plans across multiple journeys.
- Experience handling customer data.
- Knowledge of an ESP (Klaviyo, Braze, DotDigital, Iterable) Advantageous.
