What you will do:
- Manage income customer requests, managing the delivery process.
- Liaise with customers on a regular basis guaranteeing a high reactivity and service level.
- Liaise with different logistics teams, managing the right documentation needed for the delivery process.
What you will need:
- A permanent right to work in the UK
- 2 or more years of experience in Customer Service/Logistics with a fine art background or experience in managing high-value goods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- You strive in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
