Our client is a leading Residential development business with experience of delivering new build schemes across the UK.
Due to continued expansion within their Customer Care team they are looking for an experienced Customer Care Coordinator.
The main responsibility of the Customer Care Coordinator, you will manage quality control on all live projects along with visiting sites in the local area from time to time. You will manage pre and post occupation inspections, manage defects on site and will also carry out home demonstrations with customers on moving in to their properties. You will allocate work to your on site Customer Care Operative,
