About the job
Reporting to the Retail & Trade Marketing Manager UK & Ireland, you will be responsible for:
- Work closely with the B2B team in order to support their customers with marketing activities during product launch & release.
- Develop ideas & concept across B2B2C to leverage both our stores and our B2B customers to recruit new customers and pursue our brand elevation.
- Planning, executing and analyzing all CRM activities based on the market activation plan and global guidelines and policies (store event ,VIP, promotion, openings&launches)
- Ensuring that all marketing activities and branding request are in line with global guidelines and policy and ensure strong ROI
- Forecast, order and manage marketing collaterals needed across the different segment ( B2B , CRM collateral and gift activities)
- Prepare recap after each activity to share with management and central team sharing feedbacks, learnings, sales results ROI and recommendation.
- Planning and execute client launch events for B2B customers and support the Retail & Trade Marketing Manager for Swarovski days.
- Working closely with the central team and sale team in order to set up target and activities at POP level to help grow our CRM database across Swarovski Club & SCS members programs.
- Ensuring compliance of all the activities including the effective management with key stakeholders on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and with any legal promotional requirements
- Managing the local CRM & B2B budget
About you

- Good understanding of luxury retail would be considered a plus
