JOB TITLE: Senior Customer Operations AssistantSALARY: £25,707LOCATION(S): Villiers House, Douglas, Isle of Man HOURS: Full-time- 35 hours a week.WORKING PATTERN: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.About this Opportunity
The Islands business is the fastest growing business in LBG so it’s a phenomenal time to join and make a real difference. In this varied role, you'll be working within our Commercial Customer Servicing team as part of an Operations centre in the Villiers House where you’ll be:
Handling customer activities from initial query to completion or hand-off as appropriate, supporting our customer facing colleagues in providing outstanding customer service.Responsible for servicing requests received by email, letter, and phone, ensuring the right action has been taken to complete and resolve queries and complaints, comparing against LBG guidelines to decide whether further actions are required to reach a fair outcome.Working closely and building relationships with other supporting departments, providing support and information to ensure appropriate and informed decisions are made.Why Lloyds Banking Group
