SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE- FIXED TERM CONTRACT 12 MONTHS
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Senior Customer Services Representative, you are responsible for the day-to-day operational tasks in managing customer orders and queries for the UKI Luxury and Beauty division. In addition to your external collaboration, you will be working closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Supply, Finance and Physical Distribution.
This is an exciting opportunity to break into the world of a fast-paced UK business.
In this role you will be responsible for daily managing of customers & orders, working on customer relationships to drive growth and owning customers accounts end to end.
Your main focus:
Running and managing daily/weekly/monthly reports
Supporting of customer claims
Liaising with Physical Distribution/Transport
Collaborating with internal stakeholders
Covering for colleagues during absence and holidays
Leadership of resolving order related issues
Driving innovation and efficiencies
Month-/Quarter end management
On Time Shipment Customer Measured Service
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to work in a team as well as independently . As an experienced Senior Customer Services representative, you have a strong mentality with a positive attitude, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you have: Excellent communication skills
The ability to problem solve and manage ambiguity. Good collaboration with internal and external partners/customers The ability to independently execute the work that is assigned
The ability to manage significant workload with great attention to detail
The ability to follow processes and identify how to resolve issues
