Manchester Staff are on the lookout for an experienced, Senior Customer consultant to join one of our clients in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day operations and running of the business, plus, deliver an exceptional customer experience to all customers they interact with.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Ensure the office works to high quality, risk, safety, and security standards.
• Optimise resources to match customer demand.
• Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide help and guidance to the team on process or product related queries.
• Report and monitor commercial performance.
• Responsible for the training and competency of new colleagues.
• Be the point of contact for all queries and maintenance to the office.
• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of products and awareness.
