Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to uncover meaningful insights from diverse marketing data sets, including customer behavior, campaign performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives and develop comprehensive reporting frameworks to track progress and measure success.
- Conduct thorough market research, leveraging both primary and secondary data sources, to identify market opportunities, consumer segments, and emerging industry trends.
- Develop predictive models and segmentation strategies to enhance marketing targeting and improve customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including web analytics, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on data analysis and insights generation.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python) to analyze complex datasets and uncover actionable insights.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including web analytics, social media analytics, email marketing, and paid advertising platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to derive insights from data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable recommendations that drive marketing performance.
