·        Provide training and mentoring to junior members of the team through our planned growth.

·        Contribute to and manage the delivery of projects (internally and externally) and product developments as part of the Product Team (Managers, Owners, Capability Managers etc) in line with the company ISO 9001 standards and QMS.

We expect you to have the following:

Experience of leading, supporting and working with cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.

·        Experience in deploying data engineering tools within virtual environments on both cloud and local infrastructure.

·        Advanced working experience in SQL, data analytics, and other data wrangling tools and methodologies.

·        Experience of designing, building and optimising ‘big data’ data pipeline, architectures and data sets.

·        The ability to plan, design and work in a way that creates standardisation so that other team members can learn, contribute and deliver independently.

·        The ability and aptitude to mentor, support, develop and manage the experience and development of peers and less experienced team members.

·        Ability to gain UK SC and DV clearance.

Whilst not necessary to apply, we’d love you to also have:

·        Experience in other domains and an understanding of good and bad practices when delivering data analytics to customers.

·        An awareness of technology trends and developments and experience of integrating these into research and development to benefit our product development and customer needs.

·        Full UK Driving licence.

You may occasionally be required to work away (both in UK and abroad) in support of projects at customer locations. You will be required to gain UK SC and possibly DV Clearance. Due to the nature of the work a driving licence is preferable.
