They are looking for a Senior Database Administrator to join the Infrastructure Database Team on a full time basis.

The exciting role in a small team will give someone the opportunity to work with, develop and demonstrate skills in a wide range of database, and application platforms and systems.

The team manages databases for key corporate systems on Oracle, MS SQL and MySQL and is eager to expand the reach of the services it provides the University.

The team also collectively performs a systems administration function maintaining the life cycle of key software application packages along with the databases.

This position supports multiple Database Systems so they are looking for someone who has used either SQL Server and Oracle or SQL Server and MySQL

This is a hybrid role with around one or two days a month expected onsite in Sheffield.

Pay £46,974 to £56,021 per annum - 33 days holiday - 21% pension contribution and much more
