As Senior Delivery and Impact Officer, you would be a key part of a team of driven, passionate people who are working together to deliver our Free to Be Strategy (2021-25). For this role we are looking for an excellent facilitator who also has the organisational skills to ensure all of our training and events run smoothly. You'll get the chance to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our work has maximum impact. As part of a busy team, you'll help support the hundreds of training programmes and events we run each year while taking the lead to project manage specific pieces of work alongside the two other Senior Delivery and Impact Officers. As this role spans workplace training and community work, you'll have the exciting opportunity to help design and deliver free to attend programmes for members of the LGBTQ+ community as well as workplace programmes with leading employers. This is a varied and exciting role, and we're looking for someone with a range of skills who is open to learning and growing in the role.
