PT HR Advisor x 20 hours - Hybrid
Due to increased workload, our client are currently recruiting a P/T HR Advisor on a ongoing temporary basis to work in the Kidderminster area
A typical day working as a HR Advisor may include:
- Providing first line HR advisory services regarding employee relations.
- Supporting managers across the Council in people management; attending meetings and providing guidance.
- Supporting managers with absence management.
- Handling maternity and paternity request.
- Assisting with the updating of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Managing HR information systems for data input and statistical analysis.
Essential skills / Requirements of a HR Advisor
- Associate Membership of the CIPD or equivalent compensatory knowledge, experience and practitioner skills.
- Evidence of continuing professional development including enrolment on further stages of CIPD or equivalent.
- Experience of working in a HR advisory capacity
- Self-motivated, organised and flexible to respond to customer needs
- Ability to stay calm and focussed, working to deadlines and prioritising own workload
Working Hours /Pay of a HR Advisor
- Monday - Friday - 20 hours - Hybrid
