Description
HR:
- Attend disciplinary, grievance, appeals and other meetings as advisor, witness and notetaker.
- Provide support for TUPE, restructures and acquisitions.
- Coordinate the annual colleague survey, run feedback reports, set up interim pulse surveys.
- All HR reporting including monthly HR metrics for Board Report.
- Support Community, Environment and Wellbeing activities.
- Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects and people plans.
- Provide generalist HR administration in line with the employee lifecycle.
- Liaise with the outsourced payroll provision to ensure payroll is produced accurately and on time.
- Deal with internal and external telephone queries.
- Prepare data for salary review, bonus and gender pay reporting purposes.
- Organise Long Service Award gifts and celebrations.
- Contribute to the organisation of colleague events including our annual awards ceremony.
Profile
- 2 Years experience as a HR Advisor is essential
- CIPD Level 5 is advantageous
- Can work in a fast paced role
- Good communication skills
- Can commute to Droitwich
- Good listening skills
- Good attention to detail
