Hr Advisor

Our client is a leading name in the fresh produce industry, specialising in the sourcing and supply of fresh produce to the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and advice to the HR team, ensuring resources are optimized and employee needs are met.
• Assist the HR Manager in achieving departmental and business objectives.
• Analyse and enhance employee review processes.
• Revise job descriptions to attract top talent and advise hiring managers during interviews.
• Recommend areas for improvement based on regular surveys and staff feedback.
• Monitor HR indicators such as absence and performance.
• Facilitate communication between HR and agency partners to address operational needs.
• Coordinate appointment processes and negotiate terms of employment.
• Conduct inductions, onboarding, and agency transfers.
• Deliver training and workshops on HR-related topics.
• Support with employee relations cases, disciplinary hearings, appraisals, and performance management.
• Stay updated on relevant HR legislation and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Commitment to health and safety protocols.
