Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and advice to the HR team, ensuring resources are optimized and employee needs are met.
- Assist the HR Manager in achieving departmental and business objectives.
- Analyse and enhance employee review processes.
- Revise job descriptions to attract top talent and advise hiring managers during interviews.
- Recommend areas for improvement based on regular surveys and staff feedback.
- Monitor HR indicators such as absence and performance.
- Facilitate communication between HR and agency partners to address operational needs.
- Coordinate appointment processes and negotiate terms of employment.
- Conduct inductions, onboarding, and agency transfers.
- Deliver training and workshops on HR-related topics.
- Support with employee relations cases, disciplinary hearings, appraisals, and performance management.
- Stay updated on relevant HR legislation and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Commitment to health and safety protocols.
