Overview:

As a Senior Designer, your pivotal responsibility lies in supervising the agency's creative endeavours. We're in search of a versatile professional with demonstrated expertise in the creative field, poised to spearhead projects for esteemed clients. Leveraging your extensive design background and meticulous eye for detail, you'll be pivotal in bringing campaigns, branding initiatives, and multi-channel roll-outs to fruition. This position frequently entails tackling intricate briefs under demanding deadlines, necessitating a proactive, driven, and team-oriented mindset.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of design experience in a leading design/branding agency or senior creative role.
• Proficiency in campaign, branding, digital, and video design.
• Leadership in idea generation and execution, guiding junior staff.
• Ability to direct photoshoots and film shoots, from storyboarding to delivery.
• Shepherding designs from concept to final presentation.
• Mentoring junior designers/animators, ensuring high standards.
• Effective collaboration with senior team members.
• Confident presentation skills to internal teams and clients.
• Expertise in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Innovative thinking and creativity.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive approach.
• Illustration or photography experience preferred.
