We are looking for:
- Expertise within the Microsoft/.net stack
- An effective communicator on different levels throughout the business, be able to manage multiple work streams, be able to work under pressure, provide accurate estimates for work, and deliver to those schedules
- An expert in Azure Cloud based technologies (creating brand new solutions and maintaining current systems) ž C# ž . Net Core ž .Net 5-8 ž Jquery ž Javascript (advanced ReactJs) ž Micro-Service Architecture ž Azure Dev Ops ž Design patterns ž Net ž MVC C# ž GIT ž Octopus Deployment tools
- A methodical and thorough approach to development and testing, able to pick up and follow CDS Global policies and procedures when completing assigned work
Essential
- Proficient understanding of web mark-up, including HTML5 ž CSS3 ž client-side scripting ž cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them ž code versioning tools such as GIT
- Good understanding of ž BootStrap 3/4 or any that are embedded into CDS Global products ž asynchronous request handling ž partial page updates ž AJAX(with JSON or XML) ž SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them
- Understanding of OWASP guidelines, and how to implement them in the code
- Be able to build and maintain azure pipelines and how to integrate these with Octopus
- Understands design patterns and when and where to use them within code
- Any experience with payment services (Apple/Google etc) or React would be beneficial but not essential
