About the Role
Base Location: Reading or Havant.
Salary: £55,573 - £63,643 and a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Key Accountabilities
What do I need?
- Delivering product backlog items across end-to-end products within an agile framework in a DevOps environment.
- Setting priorities and overseeing systems maintenance activities by leading detailed technical planning processes.
- Designing complex systems and guiding the development process within multi-disciplinary teams, including detailed analysis and coding tasks.
- Providing support to team members in resolving faults as needed.
- Developing programs in accordance with industry standards and specifications.
Experience
- Proficient communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead development role supporting business-critical systems within medium to large organizations.
- Extensive background in designing and implementing enterprise-level AI projects, ideally with relevant certifications.
- Strong technical proficiency in computing, analysis, design, and development.
- Collaboration with diverse stakeholders and team members to deliver complex technical solutions within agile environments.
Functional and Technical Skills:
- Proficient in .NET Framework, C#, Power Platform, PVA, Copilot, Bot Framework, and Dynamics 365 development.
- Extensive experience with Azure Services, Python, Open AI, SQL, React, CSS, and UX.
- Deep understanding of data manipulation, machine learning, and language model concepts.
- Application of industry best practices, automation, and patterns for security, elasticity, and performance.
- Familiarity with configuring and utilizing monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, App Insights, and Log Analytics; Microsoft Azure/AI certifications are beneficial.
