My Client is a small but fast-growing engineering company, developing innovative bespoke engines, based in Suffolk.
They are now looking for a Senior Validation & Verification Engineer who will be a key part of the Validation and Verification within the organisation.

Main Responsibilities for this Senior Validation & Verification Engineering job based in Suffolk:

• Construct and manage the Design Verification Plan (DVP) activities drawing on personal previous experience, FMEA output and Functional Requirements


• Work closely with the Design Team and external partners to understand the DVP requirements from the FMEAs


• Specify the pass criteria for all tests identified in the DVP making reference to the Functional Requirements Document


• Support homologation and certification efforts for RCD, IMO and EPA

The Right Candidate will have:

• Established experience in Propulsion engineering within a Product Development department


• The ability to plan engineering test programmes


• Experience of the product development cycle


• Ability to work well under pressure


• Ability to ‘roll their sleeves up' and personally get things done as part of a small team
