Senior Digital Analyst

RAC have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Data Analyst with strong analytical & problem-solving skills to join our Data & Insight team, in Bristol on a permanent basis. This role will be delivered on a flexible hybrid model of working three days from home and two days at our Bradley Stoke office.

In this fast-paced role, your core function will be to deliver insightful and actionable recommendations, through reporting, and analysis; with a focus on establishing best-practice processes and enabling data-driven decision making across RAC products. The role will be embedded in our MyRAC squad responsible for product development and digital revenue growth through cross and upsell.

What You’ll Do…

Being a key member of this team you will help with coming up with ideas, measure performance of changes, and compilation of business cases for sharing with wider exec and managers across the business. Along with;

• Own the relationship with the MyRAC digital squad to ensure a data and customer insight led approach.
• Working alongside data teams to improve ways of working and enhance understanding of our digital data.
• Support the delivery of revenue benefits through cross sell and upsell with our digital member base.
• Drive the data teams to deliver dashboards that provide the squad and key stakeholders with exceptional and easy-to-use reporting.
• Work closely with the agile team and business stakeholders to understand the needs of the business.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint review and sprint retrospectives.

What You’ll Need...

The ideal candidate will possess a degree qualified in a relevant subject such as maths, economics or business along with a practical knowledge of how to use the latest analytical thinking in a commercial environment. You’ll also have the following;

• Experience in Adobe Analytics desirable
• A demonstrable use of data tools – such as SQL, Snowflake, PowerBI, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
• The ability to present and communicate data in a meaningful and actionable way.
• Experience of managing and prioritising multiple ongoing tasks.
• Great relationship management skills, with colleagues of all levels.
• Ability to deal well with ambiguity and enjoy problem solving
• An enthusiastic, ambitious and driven personality with the ability to work without prompt.
