The Role:
Multi Trade Labourer Duties & Responsibilities:
- You will be assisting the skilled engineers; carrying out maintenance repairs and reactive repairs to a variety of properties and their assets.
- Working mobile across London and the South East counties
- Day to day, the types of work will vary across a variety of skills sets including working alongside our carpenters, plumbers and Multi trade engineers.
- Covering: Roofing repairs, basic carpentry, plumbing issues and repairs as well as painting/decorating and fabric maintenance repairs
- Working in Commercial sector, clients can include; Multi Tenanted Offices, Council Buildings, Petrol Stations and many other clients
- Working as part of an on-call rota, responding to emergency call outs.
Development:
- This role is one where you can grow and develop your skills with an ambition to work your way through to becoming a Multi trade person yourself. Support will be provided to achieve this.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 year(s) + experience in a similar role
- CSCS (Preferred)
- NVQ Trade (Preferred)
- Full UK Licence (up to 6 points)
- Own Transport to get to yard each day
