Senior Digital Analytics Manager

Our ask

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Lead for Insights and Analytics to provide leadership and guidance to the organisation to enable improved capture, analysis, and reporting of insights derived from BITC’s work.

The role will involve:

• Collaborating with senior colleagues to refine and implement a strategy that will generate actionable and evidence-based insights to support informed decision-making, and create value for businesses and other key stakeholders.
• Lead the Insights & Analytics team to implement and embed this strategy.
• Drive development and integration between BITC’s various data capture mechanisms and tools to ensure consistency, enhance and simplify analysis and analytics, and enable BITC to tell a more cohesive impact story.
• Establish insight governance to drive implementation of activities and plans across the organisation to monitor performance and progress against the agreed strategy.

Experience Required

You will need to have the right to work in the UK.

The successful candidate will have proven abilities in data management, analytics and visualisation, strong awareness of data management best practice, including ensuring data compliance, and team leadership experience.
