B2C Paid media and Performance Marketing specialist needed for iconic brand. Hybrid working.
THE COMPANY
Our client is one of the world's most famous and loved conservation charities and visitor attractions.
THE ROLE
Sitting within the Marketing and Membership team, you'll be playing a key role in driving the organisation's paid media and Digital Performance Marketing strategy. Day to day, you'll be:
- creating and overseeing the paid media and customer engagement marketing strategies to maximise income and brand engagement
- analysing customer behavioural and buying data as well as sales trends, Google Analytics data, media data and market research to create actionable insight for your end-to-end marketing customer journey mapping and conversation rate optimisation (CRO) plans
- being the expert in CRO within marketing journeys and supporting the wider team to embed this approach in their plans to drive ticket sales, brand and cause engagement, fundraising income, retail sales and other goals
- in customer acquisition you will own and oversee the delivery of the media strategy across all paid channels with a particular focus on paid search, paid social, display, programmatic and out of home
- in activating our existing customers, you'll oversee the email marketing programme and be a subject matter expert for the Marketing tool, D365 Marketing, and its integration with membership, ticketing, CRM, single basket and all the
other parts of connected tech stack
- leading marketing requirements for web analytics working closely with the Digital Experience team
YOU
We'd love to hear from you if you are/have:
- proven experienced at owning and delivering Performance Marketing strategy within a consumer environment
- experience at taking a customer-led, data-informed customer journey planning approach to marketing
- significant digital marketing experience across email, paid search, paid social and display and programmatic advertising, both in planning and delivery
- experience of embedding a test and learn and conversion rate optimisation approach
- experience using web analytics tools, preferably GA4, and creating actionable insight from large data sets
- experience of working with CRM systems for marketing comms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics
