Job Title: Senior Dispute Resolution Solicitor
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
Location: Brighton
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with my client, a leading law firm in Brighton. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a growing Dispute Resolution department. You will be responsible for running your own caseload and reporting to the partners in the team.
The opportunity to work alongside leaders in their field will make this a good career move for the successful candidate, who will have the opportunity to expand their legal knowledge in this area and develop invaluable skills.
Duties include:
Advising on long leasehold matters and tenancy issues including residential and business tenancies
Drafting notices
Conducting possession claims and advising on all matters affecting areas of leasehold law.
Advising on real estate litigation, professional negligence claims relating to property matters and a general property litigation caseload.
The successful candidate will have:
4+ years PQE
Demonstrable previous experience in this area of work
Ability to manage your workload
A confident communicator with excellent client service skills
A high degree of efficiency and accuracy
Experience in marketing initiatives and promoting services
Package:
£60k - £70k
