Our client is an established financial services firm looking to hire a Personal Assistant/Office Manager to join their team in Dublin. This is a dual-sided role, to succeed you will need experience working as a Personal Assistant and an Office Manager and can confidently support senior members of the firm. This will be a busy role that requires a proactive, organised and professional approach.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the Personal Assistant you will support 3 Directors and 1 Managing Director. Alongside this you will manage the office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly for optimum business results.
- Complex diary management
- Travel coordination – flights, accommodation, itinerary etc.
- Process expenses
- Support event planning
- CRM management
- Answer and screen all mainline calls
- Act as the Front of House Manager when necessary, greeting all guests and services appropriately
- Maintain office stationery and refreshment stock
- Work closely with vendors, IT, and building management to ensure that the office is in working order
- Manage Office Health & Safety
- Organise all office deliveries and orders
- General admin support
WHO YOU ARE
As the Personal Assistant / Office Manager you need to be a natural multitasker who can work well with different personalities. You must be a reliable individual who always strives to deliver the best results.
- Experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant
- Office management skills
- Demonstrable communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking while working to tight deadlines
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite
