Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the CEO. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with financial tasks using QuickBooks
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Locate and win new clients
- Attend meetings, events or other specif locations
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative or Personal Assistant role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in data entry and working with spreadsheets
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
