About the client
MRG is seeking a Senior Disrepair Surveyor for a public sector client in Northamptonshire.
Accountabilities
- Provide expert witness to housing disrepair
- Carry out disrepair inspections
- Review external reports
- Ensure legislations are adhered to
- Ensure good customer service
- Carry out surveying work on a wide variety of projects
Candidate Requirements
- Ideally RICS, CIOB or working towards
- Proven experience within housing disrepair
