Location: Remote

Salary/ 45k-55k

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Drainage and Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS) Engineer.

The Senior Drainage and SUDS Engineer will be responsible for providing high quality technical advice and delivering efficient drainage and SuDS design solutions to a broad range of clients.

The role will involve leading and managing projects, attending meetings, and working collaboratively with interdisciplinary engineering teams.

The Senior Drainage and SUDS Engineer will report to the directors and will liaise with clients and contractors regarding technical issues, design and installation matters, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline
• Professional engineering accreditation, or equivalent level of knowledge (relevant to country of work)
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in flood risk and drainage design for both greenfield and brownfield sites
• Detailed knowledge of industry-standard drainage design software packages, for example, InfoDrainage, Causeway or MicroDrainage
• Knowledge of SuDS, water quality, and hydrological/hydraulic modeling software packages, such as TuFLOW, MWH Soft or InfoWorks ICM, ScalGo is desirable
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
• Demonstrable track record of delivering drainage and SuDS designs on time and within budgetary constraints
• UK driving licence
