Location: Chester, Cheshire

Salary: £11 - £13 per hour + Excellent Benefits

Full - Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday (40 hours)

The Client:

Our client is a well-established childcare organisation, delivering excellent services encompassing childcare, nutrition, and education.

The Role:

As a Senior Early Years Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality learning, development, and care for children aged 0-5 years.

Responsibilities:

-Oversee the day-to-day operations of your assigned room.
-Cultivate partnerships with parents/carers to enhance involvement in their child's development.
-Ensure a safe environment for children, staff, and others.
-Lead and manage your room team effectively.

Requirements:

-Previously worked as an Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Practitioner or in a similar role.
-Experience in a nursery setting.
-Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
-At least 1 year of experience in childcare. (Preferred)
