Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development:

• Customer Support:
  • Provide rapid post-sales support, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
• Team Assistance:
  • Support sales and production teams with technical solutions and thorough documentation.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  • Lead the product approval process, ensuring all products meet regulatory standards.
• Innovation and Prototyping:
  • Oversee prototype builds, driving continuous innovation and improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic/electrical engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in electronic and electrical design, with experience in project management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach.
• Knowledge of Design for Manufacture principles and Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with product approval processes and interactions with regulatory bodies.
• Ability to balance cost and quality effectively.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of sheet metal design and fabrication.
• Experience with electro-mechanical systems, particularly in demanding environments.
• Expertise in electrical thermal management and heat exchange systems.
• Understanding of network architecture, including cellular networks.
• Field experience in repairing and maintaining electrical systems.
