What will the role look like?
You will be leading a team of Employability Support Workers who will work with people who are economically inactive in overcoming their barriers to returning into employment.
The Senior Worker is responsible for managing, developing and supervising the team, maintaining effective processes and delivering its outcomes, as well as carrying a small case load.
They will also have responsibility for quality assurance, reporting, monitoring and co-ordinating peer support and group supervisions. They will have safeguarding responsibilities as well as ensuring co-ordinated delivery with partners and commissioners.
If appointed, you must be available to start on 02 April 2024.
What we are looking for?
Candidates need to have the skills to be able to lead and manage a team, as well as have the skills in recognising and addressing barriers to work and have experience in this area or a similar field, as well as experience of supporting children, young people and families.
