This role is a member of Global Employee Relations and Employment Counsels team ("GEREC Team"), who primarily focus on supporting HR teams across the globe to ensure compliance of HR management, practice and operation from legal perspective. This role will be proactively offering advice and solutions to regional HR teams as well as regional and country business leaders regarding the full spectrum of HR topics from employment law perspective, including, but not limited to, recruitment, compensation and benefits, retention, discrimination, harassment, performance, discipline and separations. This role will also provide support on routine operational employee data related matters per company's policy and SOPs.The geographic coverage of this role is primarily Ireland and Germany and may be expanded to EMEA with the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities

• Advise, mentor and guide internal stakeholders, in particular, regional HR teams, around complex HR decisions, including performance management, retention, discrimination, harassment and separations;
• Design local GEREC Team's policies in alignment with the global strategy and deploy the same in Ireland and Germany;
• Advise regional HR teams on other HR policies from employment law perspective;
• Design and deliver legal employment law trainings to coach internal stakeholders;
• Provide support and assistance to the HR team as the first line of defense per the company's privacy data policies and SOPs, and collaborate with Compliance team and its external consultant on new and complex business scenarios not yet detailed defined；
• Devise and standardize investigation process, formulate relevant policies and provide guidance on internal investigations of complaints within HR's purview, including but not limited to allegations of discipline violations, harassment and discrimination, etc.; conduct timely, objective, and thorough internal investigations of these cases associated with high-risk exposure; coach HRBP on investigating and handling complaints with low-risk exposure;
• Identify evolving and unique challenges and proactively provide risk mitigation solutions;
• Monitor legislation developments and trends, and provide proactive solutions;
• Manages or participates in HR projects as needed.ms.
