Our client is an award-winning Law Firm specialising solely in Claimant Employment Law.
Due to growth, the firm are looking to welcome a passionate Solicitor, who will join a team of experienced Employment Solicitors and advise/represent employees who have faced injustice in the workplace.

The firm
Our client is one of the largest Claimant-only law firms in the UK.
They advise on dismissal, whistleblowing, discrimination, grievances, redundancy, settlement agreements and tribunals.
The firm operate a remote model, allowing their Solicitors to work flexibly. They come together regularly on Teams and meet quarterly to foster/continue their collegiate atmosphere.
All of the firm's Solicitors are supported by Trainees.

About you
This role will suit an experienced Employment Solicitor who is genuinely passionate about supporting employees who have faced injustice in the workplace.
It will also suit individuals seeking a fully remote, flexible role. Essential experience and attributes include the following:
- Experienced Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in Claimant Employment Law
- Motivated by Access to Justice and making a difference
- Strong billing record (but no following needed)
- Team-player
