Senior Employment Tax Manager

A Global Tax consultancy is seeking a Senior Employment Tax Manager to join them in their Manchester office on a permanent, full time basis. The role holder will sit in their Human Capital team within the Tax Service line and would bolster the numbers within the function.

This role offers management responsibilities, with training being given to all staff that the firm supports.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• PAYE risk assessment and health checks
• Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)
• Due Diligence - managing and delivering Employment Tax due diligence reports, working closely with our corporate tax and financial services teams
• P11Ds and PAYE Settlement Agreements
• Expense policy monitoring
• Remuneration, Salary Sacrifice and Benefit planning
• Employment status including IR35 and agency matters
• Termination payments and compromise agreements
• HMRC disclosures and enquiries
• Annual Share incentive compliance and reporting
• Reviewing client processes for SAO purposes.
• NIC advice.
