Your new firm
Your new firm are one the most well known and respected firm of chartered accountants in the UK and globally. They are a Big 4 firm, who offer a wide range of services supporting a range of clients across the UK. Due to growth in their Manchester office they are now looking to bring in an experienced Employment Tax specialist who help develop their wider reward and employment practice.

Your new role

Your new role would be working in an already strong and established team, supporting clients with a range of Employment Tax affairs. You will be mainly working with respective clients who are looking for Employment Tax advise either setting up and UK base or expanding their operations nationally. You will work collaboratively across the wider tax team, manage your own portfolio, draft complex tax advise and regularly keep up to date with Employment Tax regulations and legislation. You will also be involved in managing a wider tax team, mentoring and coaching junior members of the firm.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to come from a specialist Employment Tax background, ideally having experience working with international businesses, having advised on range of Employment Tax affairs. You need to CTA/ACA/ATT/ACCA qualified and have experience mentoring and managing staff in the past.
