My client has the exciting opportunity of an ambitious Senior Energy and Sustainability Specialist to join an independent multidiscipline consultancy's delivery team to deliver on a variety of projects.
Role responsibilities include:
- Carry out Energy and Sustainability strategies, as well as overheating analysis through IES VE software to CIBSE TM59 and Approved Document O.
- Lead client projects during the planning stages and work alongside managers and colleagues to manage workflow and technical solutions.
- Carry out SAP, SBEM assessments, overheating analysis, and planning submissions.
- Develop reports for clients and deal with internal and external queries.
Role requirements include:
- Proficient experience with the software IES
- Strong experience within the Energy and Sustainability industry
- Managing LPA responses to planning submissions experience
- At least 2 energy qualifications which can include OCDEA, NDEA (Level 4/5), or BREEAM
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience within a client facing role
