Job title: Senior Engineer - Product Assurance (Atmosphere Control and Radiation Monitoring)

Salary: From 40,000 depending on experience
What you'll be doing:
- Delivery of assurance of capability and performance of systems relating to Atmosphere Control and Radiation Monitoring
- Assessing and advising on system design change
- Producing technical documents
- Identification and management of hazards
- Working closely with stakeholders internal to Dreadnought Alliance and external across the submarine enterprise
- Providing expert advice in line with technical competency
- Identifying opportunities to improve system design and opportunities to improve the programme
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Knowledge and experience managing atmosphere/gas or fluid environments
- Exposure to engineering design
- Awareness of quality assurance activities and acceptance processes
- Degree qualified in an engineering or STEM subject, or equivalent experience
Desirable:
- Strong knowledge and engineering experience of atmosphere management systems
- Strong knowledge and engineering experience of Radiation Monitoring systems
- Awareness of submarine design
- Awareness of design configuration control

The Dreadnought Alliance Platform Engineering Team:
You will provide Submarine Class Engineering Assurance, through change and configuration management, that the design and as-built Atmosphere management and Radiation monitoring systems integrated into Dreadnought Class submarines meet the requirements and needs of the Submarine Delivery Agency and the end user.
