Job title:Senior Engineering Change SpecialistLocation: Scotstoun, Glasgow; We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.Salary: Up to £42,000 depending on skills and experience What you'll be doing:
Taking responsibility for chasing Change development completion within the Engineering community - progressing backlogEnsuring the Change process is followed within the project and escalating process by-passAttending and leading weekly/monthly Change Control Boards - allocating and recording actions, along with resolving the issues with 'stuck' changesOverseeing the creation of Change Notices - providing team members the ability to implement approved changesChasing later-running Change Notice actions, resolving issues, and escalating issues as requiredProviding support and guidance to all stakeholder on the change lifecycle and process, and supporting the Change Boards as requiredYour skills and experiences:Essential:An Engineering or Business degree, or equivalent experience working large datasetsStrong communication skillsAn ability to work on multiple tasks/multitaskDesirable:Experience with Product Lifecycle Management toolsetsMarine experienceBenefits:You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
