Senior Engineering Change Specialist

Job title:Senior Engineering Change SpecialistLocation: Scotstoun, Glasgow; We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.Salary: Up to £42,000 depending on skills and experience What you'll be doing:

Taking responsibility for chasing Change development completion within the Engineering community - progressing backlog

Ensuring the Change process is followed within the project and escalating process by-pass

Attending and leading weekly/monthly Change Control Boards - allocating and recording actions, along with resolving the issues with 'stuck' changes

Overseeing the creation of Change Notices - providing team members the ability to implement approved changes

Chasing later-running Change Notice actions, resolving issues, and escalating issues as required

Providing support and guidance to all stakeholder on the change lifecycle and process, and supporting the Change Boards as required

Your skills and experiences:Essential:

An Engineering or Business degree, or equivalent experience working large datasets

Strong communication skills

An ability to work on multiple tasks/multitask

Desirable:

Experience with Product Lifecycle Management toolsets

Marine experience
