Job description

Corporate reporting is a key part of our offering at Narrative Labs. We support leading European organisations with their annual and sustainability reporting needs - from listed companies to SMEs, and from EU agencies to not-for-profit organisations.

As we experience growing demand in today's fast-changing reporting landscape, we are looking to add an experienced Report Writer to our talented team here in The Hague. The right person will combine excellent writing skills with a proven track record in corporate reporting and a deep-rooted interest in sustainability. If this sounds like you - and you'd like to help drive our reporting business into a dynamic new era - please get in touch.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering mission-critical publications, including annual and integrated reports, and standalone ESG and sustainability reports, as well as sustainability projects (e.g. developing corporate narratives and communication strategies)
  • Providing high-quality written and editorial services across different projects
  • Advising clients on a variety of topics, ranging from structure and messaging, to alignment with reporting regulations and frameworks, through meetings and workshops
  • Overseeing Narrative Labs’ growing team of writers and editors on certain projects
  • Working closely with our ‘sister’ creative agencies to coordinate report design

What we’re looking for:

  • Rock-solid writing and editing skills
  • Fluent-level proficiency in English
  • Minimum of 4 years in a corporate reporting environment, including managing people and tasks and deliverables
  • A comprehensive understanding of current and future reporting regulations (CSRD, GRI, SASB, ISSB, TCFD)
  • A proven interest in sustainability and ESG and in helping companies take steps to become more sustainable
  • A confident communicator, able to take the lead and steer clients towards reporting excellence
  • Strong academic background (minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an English-speaking university)

What you can expect:

  • Chance to play a lead role in shaping a fast-growing business line
  • Competitive salary (up to €85k per year, dependant on experience)
  • 25 vacation days (+ public holidays)
  • Professional development budget
  • Participation in our company pension scheme
  • Help relocating to the beautiful city of The Hague
