We are now recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Senior Events Manager on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave to lead our Sales team.
What you do
Responsible for leading a dynamic team of Event Executives.
Ability to successfully convert business both directly and indirectly via the team in order to meet booking pace goals and group and catering budgets.
Provide exceptional customer service to drive customer loyalty.
Utilise your relationship building skills to build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
Use your in depth knowledge of market trends and target customer information to maximise revenue.
Work collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure sales efforts are coordinated, complementary and not duplicative.
Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).
